Santa Fe Soup and Salad
Santa Fe in the fall, the smell of green chile roasting is in the air and the nights are cool. Here's the perfect gift for warming up. Delicious green chile chicken soup (try it when you feel a cold coming on), along with blue corn meal for a twist on cornbread, peachy red chile jam, orange sesame dressing (or marinade) to toss with salad and you've got a great light meal. We've added a Mountain Mud Cake mix, (super chocolatey and fudgey) too, just in case you NEED some chocolate. We suggest serving it slightly warm with your favorite ice cream and you have the perfect supper for a chilly night. (available mid-November)
